Dr. Marlene Ringler, international consultant, teacher, speaker and writer, specializes in teaching English as a Foreign Language. She has extensive consulting and workshop experience in the areas of international negotiations, communciations, customized curriculum development, and linguistics. Clients include a variety of prominent organizations both in Israel and in the United States.

Dr. Ringler holds a doctorate in English Language and Linguistics from the University of Liverpool. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati.

She was the director of the English as a Second Language Program in the Montgomery County Public School System in the United States before moving to Israel with her family in 1986. Upon her arrival in Israel, she was a lecturer at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Marlene authored articles related to the special needs of the adult learner who is studying English in a work based environment. She is a frequent participant in international conferences both in Israel and abroad. In addition, she attended workshops conducted by the American Management Association associated with themes of interest to international business negotiations - a topic of interest and research. Her doctoral dissertation focused on the elements required for a win/win negotiation and she has shared the results of her research with such well known international companies as IBM, Intel, and Microsoft.

Dr. Ringler is the founder and CEO of the Institute which was established in Israel in 1987 and incorporated in 1991.
